Yes. When I became a real estate broker in 2013, one of the first things I did was begin teaching first-time homebuyer classes, and helping people understand the process is still one of my favorite parts of the job. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, and I want my clients to understand what they’re buying, what they’re signing, and how each decision affects them long term. There is something incredibly rewarding about helping someone move into secure housing while beginning to build equity and financial stability for their future.
It starts with a consultation. Before we talk about houses, pricing, or marketing, I want to understand your individual situation, goals, timeline, concerns, and what a successful outcome looks like for you. From there, we build a plan specifically around your needs.
My job is to bring more than a decade of experience to the table while keeping you educated throughout the process. I’ll explain the market, the contracts, and the decisions we’re making along the way so you never feel like you’re blindly following advice. My goal is to reduce the stress of the process, protect your interests and your assets, and help you make decisions you feel confident about.
Schedule a consultation with me. Online estimates can be a useful starting point, but they can’t see the things that often make a significant difference in a home’s value.
I’ll come see the property in person, evaluate its condition and features, and combine that with current comparable sales and my knowledge of the Everett market. We can also talk about what, if anything, is worth doing before listing to improve your home’s presentation or value. Just as importantly, we’ll discuss your goals and whether selling now actually makes sense for you. The highest possible sale price isn’t always the only consideration.
Absolutely. Real estate investing is something I’m personally passionate about. As a young single mom, buying value-add properties became one of my primary approaches to homeownership and eventually to building my own real estate portfolio.
Because I’ve done it myself, I tend to look at investment properties a little differently. I’m interested in the numbers, but also in the opportunity to improve a property, create equity, understand potential expenses, and think about how it fits into a longer-term strategy. I genuinely enjoy helping clients use real estate as a tool to build wealth and financial security.
Yes, although this is an area where most of my experience comes from owning and operating my own properties rather than representing a large volume of short-term rental investors.
I own and personally manage short-term and mid-term rentals, so I understand the practical side of operating them, including furnishing, guest experience, maintenance, pricing, turnover, and the realities that come with managing a rental. I’m happy to bring that experience to clients considering a property for short-term or mid-term rental use while also helping them research the specific rules and restrictions that may apply to a property.
Yes. I have represented multiple new-construction communities throughout my career and have worked directly with builders as their lead sales agent. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the construction process, builder contracts, timelines, warranties, inspections, upgrades, and the many details that are different when purchasing new construction versus an existing home.
It also means I understand the builder’s side of the transaction, which can be extremely helpful when I’m representing a buyer purchasing a new home.
I have been a licensed real estate broker since 2013 and regularly sell approximately $18 million in real estate annually. But transaction volume isn't how I measure whether I’m doing my job well.
Real estate decisions can have a significant impact on someone’s finances and future, and I take that responsibility seriously. I want my clients to make good decisions, even when that means telling them not to buy a particular house, not to overpay, or that it may not be the right time to sell. I lead with education, experience, integrity, and protecting my clients’ interests. The relationship and the outcome matter more to me than simply getting another transaction closed.
